When will I receive my order?
We fulfill orders within 3-7 business days and then ship them out to you. The shipping time will depend on your location, but you can expect the following estimates:
USA: 5-8 business days* USA, due to COVID-19: 7-10 business days International: 10-20 business days* International, due to COVID-19: 20-30 business days
*Please note that these estimates do not include the fulfillment time.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may be subject to additional customs and tax fees. These fees are not within our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should have arrived by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
If you have not received your order, please follow these steps before contacting us:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.
If you still cannot locate your package and the shipping address was correct, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If you did find a mistake in the delivery address, we may be able to send you a replacement order at your own cost.
How are your products made?
We work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
If your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about tracking your package, please contact us at email@example.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We apologize if you received the wrong item or a damaged product. To resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and any other relevant details. We will get back to you with a resolution.
What is your return policy?
We allow returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if 30 days have passed since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Intimate products
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We may grant partial refunds in the following situations (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Do you offer refunds?
We only offer refunds to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the faulty/damaged items, and we will resolve the issue for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you are unsure which size would fit better, you can check out our size chart on the product page or contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, as it may have already been shipped out.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure that email@example.com is added to your safe sender list. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we will assist you.
